Use a flexible tape measure and light, fitted clothing.
Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part.
Waist: Around natural waistline (crease when bending).
Hips: Around fullest part of hips or top of thighs.
Arm length: Base of neck to wrist, elbow slightly bent.
Inseam: Crotch to floor, no shoes.

We reengineered our 5-star Allpa 70L Duffel to use recycled fabric and carry even more comfortably. We made the backpack shoulder straps easier to remove or reattach, and added a stuff sack for storing the duffel between trips that can double as a bag for shoes or laundry. Meanwhile, the durable yet lightweight fabrics—now made from recycled materials—are as burly as ever. Also available in 50L.
