Use a flexible tape measure and light, fitted clothing.
Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part.
Waist: Around natural waistline (crease when bending).
Hips: Around fullest part of hips or top of thighs.
Arm length: Base of neck to wrist, elbow slightly bent.
Inseam: Crotch to floor, no shoes.

We reengineered our 5-star Allpa 50L Duffel to use recycled fabric and carry even more comfortably. The backpack shoulder straps are now easier to remove or reattach, and we added a stuff sack for easy duffel storage between trips that can double as a bag for shoes or laundry. Meanwhile, the durable yet lightweight fabrics—now made from recycled materials—are as burly as ever.
