Would this bag fit a pair of climbing shoes and a harness?
Olivia, this 16L bag should have no problem carrying those items.
I love my taal, it's the most useful bag I own. But because of the bright colors there are situations where it isn't doesn't look right or isn't appropriate. Are there any plans to make a Cada Día version of the Taal?
Hannah, At the moment, we don't have any plans to specifically release a Cada Dia Taal, but our Cada Dia line is growing and we realize the need for more neutral and subdued colors in our brand. I would say that it is likely! But we unfortunately have no definitive answer or timeline.
I LOVE this Del Dia TAAL bag and it’s been to 4 continents with me! Just wondering if you have any plans to make the same bag features eg packable convertible backpack, cross body, shoulder bag but fully waterproof? My stuff sadly gets wet in the rain without a protective flap to cover the zippers. Many Thanks!
We are so glad you love your pack! As of now, we do not have any plans to make fully waterproof packs. I am so sorry about that!
A ballpoint pen opened inside my bag and got ink all over. Is it safe to use rubbing alcohol to remove the ink or will that damage the bag? Do you have suggestions of what cleaning products/soaps are safe to use on the bag?
Alcohol will pull an ink stain but too much will pull on the laminate coating on our fabric. Slow and steady on this one. We recommend using a small cotton ball with some alcohol to dab the area and allow the stain to break. Blot after a few minutes and then gentle hand wash in the sink. Cheap shave cream will also break up ink thanks to its alcohol content.
How often do you switch out colors that haven’t been purchased online? Do they stay up until they are bought or do you rotate if they haven’t sold in a certain amount of time? I’ve been coming back for weeks and all I see is lots of green, red, orange combos. I would happily buy one but want more variety of colors. Thanks!

Hey, Jenny! We recommend Spot-cleaning your products by hand with cold water or use mild, eco-friendly detergent. You can get a lot of grime, grit, dust, and dirt off of your pack by simply dunking the item in colder water, then lightly rubbing the item around with your hands. This can quickly and easily get your gear looking new again! You can also spot clean really dirty or sticky areas with lukewarm water, a mild detergent, and a clean toothbrush. This also works really well at cleaning up your item.

You can absolutely choose your own Taal Del Dia [HERE](https://www.cotopaxi.com/products/taal-convertible-tote) on our US website. This will still even work if you are purchasing internationally :), it will just have some added fees/custom/duty fees :(! And then if you are trying to purchase without those fees, and if you are purchasing from the EU, on the EU website - I'm so sorry that you will only be able to pull the trigger on a 'Surprise Me' Del Dia Taal (not getting to choose your specific one). Hi, I am going to buy one of this bag as a gift for a friend, I've read in Del Dia page that you can pick the color hue but I don't understand how.
