"I’ve had my Batac 24 for multiple years now, and recently the shoulder strap has been fraying (I work at a summer camp, so it goes through a lot). The customer service when asking for a replacement was incredible. I didn’t have proof of purchase or an order number, and they still took care of me and issued me another bag. Highly recommend, cotopaxi has me as a customer for life!"

"I got this Batac 24L Daypack for my upcoming summer trip to Alaska, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It is incredibly lightweight but surprisingly spacious. It easily holds my camera, extra layers, a water bottle, and a rain jacket—everything needed to handle the changing Alaskan weather. The Del Día colors are gorgeous and unique. The straps are comfortable for all-day wear, and the material feels tough and durable. Can't wait to hit the trails with it!"
"My kids love these packs for their school packs. The pack itself weighs practically nothing, which they like, and the chest strap is adjustable enough that they can continue to find the right setting as they get bigger. Each one lasts well through about 3-4 years of very hard use. I appreciate that the construction is simple enough that I can do most repairs with my simple home sewing setup, and when they are truly worn out, the amount of material being disposed of will be physically smaller than other brands. So far, though, both bags are set to move on to middle school (the kids actually said no to new bags), which is a pretty good win!"

"It’s a really nicely made and durable pack! I appreciate the company’s ethos and wanted to support their sustainability features. As someone with a petite 5'0 frame, I found it mostly comfortable with the chest strap helping to balance the weight, though I do wish there were an optional waist strap as well. I also would love to see a few more small inner and outer zippered pockets and a key loop, but I easily made do with smaller pouches to organize my belongings inside. While I really appreciate having two water bottle holders, it would be nice if the fabric were a bit thicker, stretchier, and taller to hold larger water bottles. It truly shines in versatility—I flew with it as a personal item, fitting it perfectly under the seat when packed to the brim, and used it as a day pack for hiking while camping. The exterior loops are also perfect for attaching multiple carabiners. Highly recommended with just a few minor feature requests!"
"I loved the color selection & how much room this bag has. The side pockets are big enough for Nalgenes, which is awesome. Extremely lightweight but seems pretty sturdy. Excited to use it as a daypack & for my personal item on flights. Two things I would add would be a waist belt & additional loops on the other side of the front. It’s kinda weird to just have them on one side. I usually use a carabiner to clip in my water bottle, & it will be way easier to do that on the side with the loops than the side without (still trying to figure that side out)."

"After cycling through a lot of different bags I've landed on the 24L Batac. Its put up with a lot of abuse over the past few years and is holding up great. It fits my four packing cubes perfectly, is light and has minimal bulk, and slides perfectly under an airline seat. When I get to my destination I pull out my packing cubes and use it as a day pack. My only wish is that there was a second daisy chain on the outside to I could run some elastic back and forth"
